Booking & Payments

• Full payment of the trip cost must be completed prior to the departure date.
• Any pending payment may lead to cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

ID & Boarding

• All travelers are required to carry a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport).
• IDs will be verified before boarding.
• Entry will not be permitted without valid identification.

Booking Policy

• Bookings are non-transferable.
• Only the individuals registered at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel.
• No refunds will be provided for any inclusions or services not utilized by the traveler.

Travel Responsibility

• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage at all times.
• The management will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the trip.

Departure & Timings

• Departure timings are fixed and must be strictly followed.
• Travelers are required to report at the pickup point at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
• All participants must stay in touch with the trip coordinator for timely updates.

Travel Conditions

• Air Conditioning may be turned off in hilly regions or challenging terrains, depending on road conditions and safety considerations.
• The driver holds full discretion regarding the use of AC during the journey.

Code of Conduct

• Consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited during the journey for the safety and comfort of all travelers.
• Any form of misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the trip without refund.
• We aim to maintain a respectful and enjoyable travel environment for everyone.

Liability & Responsibility

• The company shall not be held responsible for any delays, changes, or additional expenses caused due to: Natural calamities, Weather conditions, Landslides or roadblocks, Vehicle breakdowns, Political unrest or unforeseen circumstances.

Insurance

• We do not provide travel insurance.
• Travelers are advised to arrange their own insurance for health, accidents, or personal belongings.

Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary is subject to change due to factors such as weather, road conditions, or the physical capability of participants.
• The company reserves the right to modify the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and overall experience.
